When and Where?
Who was directly impacted (victims)? How many were impacted, and how?
Who did it? What explanation is provided regarding connections to a terrorist organization?
What was the immediate response to the event by the public? What did they say and do?
What was the immediate response to the event by politicians of that country? What did they say and do?
What was the immediate response from President Obama? What did he say and do?
What was the most recent report regarding this attack? What was the report about?
